What is included in the price?
Every class includes preparation, course material, the tools needed for the session and follow-up support for participant questions.
What should I bring?
Bring the computer and files you use at work when possible. A notebook and examples of real workflow challenges are also useful.
Can I ask questions after class?
Yes. Past participants are encouraged to contact JamesWDH when they need clarification or help applying the material.
Do you train government teams?
Yes. Courses can be adapted for public-sector teams, bilingual delivery, internal examples and organizational requirements.
